Welcome to the BB Photo & Associates creative team! As a content creator, your role is to capture the energy, emotion, and unique details of each event while maintaining a professional, consistent, and high-quality standard.

Creative Approach

Focus on storytelling: highlight authentic interactions, emotional moments, and meaningful details.

Maintain our brand aesthetic: natural, polished, and visually engaging.

Adapt to the couple’s style and preferences when requested.

Technical Requirements

Recommended Equipment

Smartphone / Camera: Use a current model with high-quality video/photo capabilities.

Stabilizer: Handheld gimbal or tripod for smooth footage.

Lighting: Portable LED lights or ring lights for low-light situations.

Power & Storage: At least two external batteries and 20GB+ free storage.

Tip: All suggested accessories are widely available online for convenience and reliability.

Video & Photo Specifications

Video Orientation: Vertical for social media content; horizontal optional for highlight reels.

Photo Orientation: Mix of horizontal and vertical for variety.

Resolution: 1080p minimum; 60FPS recommended for smooth motion.

Stabilization: Always use a gimbal, tripod, or two-handed grip to avoid shaky footage.

Lighting Guidelines

Prioritize natural light whenever possible.

Avoid shooting with the light source behind subjects to prevent silhouettes.

Use attachable lights when natural light is insufficient.

Content Capture Priorities

Event Coverage

Arrival / Setup: Venue, décor, and guest arrivals.

Ceremony: Key moments such as vows, first kiss, and family reactions.

First Look: Capture both wide angles and close-up emotional reactions.

Reception: Speeches, dances, candid guest interactions, and décor details.

Additional Cultural or Family Traditions: Be attentive to rituals and formalities.

B-Roll

Details of décor, table settings, flowers, rings, and candid moments.

Capture a mix of wide, medium, and close-up shots for storytelling flexibility.

Professional Conduct

Punctuality: Arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled start time.

Attire: Neutral, professional clothing; avoid branded items or logos.

Behavior: Limit personal phone use; maintain professionalism at all times.

Substance Policy: No alcohol or substances during work hours.

Deliverables

Provide high-quality photos and videos capturing the full event.

Aim for 80–100 pieces of content per hour depending on coverage.

Deliverables should reflect BB Photo & Associates’ polished and consistent style.

Submission Guidelines

Upload raw footage and edited content to the designated cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer) within 72 hours of the event.

Payment is issued Net 7 upon submission and approval of deliverables.

Additional Notes

Ensure all devices are fully charged before the event.

Carry backup batteries, memory cards, and any necessary accessories.
